I am Valentina De Lorenzis, Man and Humanity italian student at the Design Academy,

Eindhoven. In this blog I am going to post the development in time of the shapes for the pasta I

am designing. The topic for the pasta is fertility inspired by the maritati (married), a special

kind of fresh hand made traditional pasta from the south of Italy. The antropomorphical forms

of such a pasta have a symbolical meaning as a wish for fertility, and should inspire my new

forms. Enjoy!
